He was very caring and explained everything that was going to happen before the procedure. Unfortunately I don't think he was 100% on my care during the procedure, as he was being trained on the new machine and kept stopping, speaking to the lady and adjusting the machine.

Dr Sultan has a lovely, relaxed manner yet remained totally focussed on the task. He was very reassuring and discussed the procedure and what I can expect from it including sensible advice on when I can resume leisure activities. A completely positive experience, thank you ever so much.

Always very pleasant & professional! explains the procedure & tells you exactly what’s happening as you go. I have met Dr Sultan some years ago and hasn’t changed a bit/ smiley and makes you feel relaxed. I must say the nurse must have a mention, very pleasant and explains her part in proceedings
